Today, over 25+ years since their humble beginnings, Dependable Electric has continued to grow their name and reputation with the help of local radio advertising, increased Internet exposure and various print ads. Dependable Electric is proud to provide electric service work to Northeast Ohio including many worthwhile county programs designed to service low-income families in need.

As a licensed electrical contractor, fully bonded and insured, we specialize in residential service upgrades, violations corrections, emergency repair work, home rewiring and new home electrical wiring. We provide free estimates and 24hr emergency service.

Customers routinely comment on how well our company does in providing excellent work as well as great customer service and response times. Dependable Electric has grown to three full-time crews and provides 24-hour emergency service throughout the entire Northeast Ohio area.



We provide one of the best warranties in the industry. A five year warranty is given on all electrical work completed. County Programs We Provide Electric Work For:

Cuyahoga County Department of Development

Dependable Electric has worked closely with the Department of Development for over 12 years. During this time, we have assisted in providing safe electrical system upgrades under the Departments’ Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program or “HRLP”. This program provides low-interest loans for home repairs to low and moderate income homeowners throughout the area.

Cleveland Housing Network

Through the Cleveland Housing Networks’ “Community Connections Program”, we provide service upgrades that include: meter services, panel replacements, new wiring, dangerous wiring repair and GFCI receptacle installations. This work is done through various programs offered to low-income families in and around Cleveland. We feel strongly about this program and its’ impact on the community and we look forward to participating in it for a long time to come.
