We called on a Monday; Mike came out Tuesday and gave us an estimate. We asked for the work to be done Thursday and they stated they would begin at 8 am; The workers arrived before 8:00 start time and waited outside for their team leader, who showed up exactly at 8. They all arrived with a smile. My husband and I left because the power had to be shut-off. They called us prior to finishing the work, so we could return home. Once we returned they had already cleaned up and even shoveled some of our driveway. They showed us all the work that had been done and the circuit breakers were neatly labeled. These gentlemen were very professional and answered all our questions. They did a great job and I am impressed and glad we hired them. They completely upgraded and rewired my house. It went very well. They were very competent and provided fast, efficient, and excellent service.

Mike, the owner, came out to give us an estimate. He explained in detail how they would be upgrading the circuit breaker box. We talked about all the other miscellaneous electrical jobs that needed to be done around the house. He scheduled the job in a couple of days. Four men came to do the work. This minimized how long the house was without power. They worked hard, did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves.

They replaced 2 fuse boxes and did various other electrical jobs that we needed done around the house. (2 sensor lights, outdoor lamps, etc.) They are very prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, cleaned up good, and are very personable. They are also very good about explaining everything.

I called Dependable Electric to schedule a time for them to come out. I was greeted by a very friendly person—-Mike took this call and assured me he or his brother would be happy to take this job. I discovered that this company is a family owned and operated company. Rick came out to do the job 2 days latter. He was on time, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and took great pride in what he was doing. He told us that his company takes great pride in their work and he definitely shows!!! Our smoke detectors were replaced and were are extremely happy with this company.
